To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Time Frame

You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return.


A refund will be issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund. The refund amount will be the price of the item(s) minus any applicable shipping charges.


The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping and is advised to use a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages during return transit.


To initiate a return, please contact us at with your order number and reason for return. Our customer service team will guide you through the process and provide you with a return address. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


We currently do not offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, you will need to return the unwanted item and place a new order for the desired item.


Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on cigars that have been opened or smoked. We also cannot accept returns on humidors that have been used, as they are considered a final sale item. In addition, any items purchased during a sale or promotion are final sale and cannot be returned.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at within 48 hours of receiving your order. Our customer service team will arrange for a return or exchange at no additional cost to you.
